Getting Started

Initial Steps

  • Register for the Program: Sign up for our 3-week introductory special or other available programs. This includes filling out a health form and attending a new member orientation.
  • Meet with a Coach: You will have a one-on-one nutrition appointment and meet your coach during the new member orientation.

First Workout

  • Arrive Early: Arrive 15 minutes before your first session to complete any necessary paperwork and meet your coach.
  • Prepare: Bring clean gym shoes, a water bottle, and a workout towel.

Ongoing Support

  • Nutrition Counseling: Receive guidance on what and when to eat to reach your fitness goals.
  • Goal Setting: Coaches will help you set specific goals with deadlines to maintain focus and motivation.
  • Fitness Tracking: Ongoing assessments ensure you are progressing towards your goals.

Do I have to attend an orientation before starting my trial?

Yes, attending orientation is mandatory. We are NOT a normal gym nor do we provide a normal workout or experience. CLICK HERE for more information.

How many times per week will I need to attend?

For the best results, we recommend that you attend 3 times to 4 times per week. Each session is only 30 minutes. The #1 reason people don't have time. We have solved that problem with our 30-minute workout sessions.

Can I sign up online? Or do I have to sign up in-person at one of your locations?
