Our 7 Southeast Valley, AZ locations were started by owner Benjamin Jones in his garage with 4 people in 2013. As an Army Veteran having served in Iraq, Fit Body Boot Camp was started after his time in the military and receiving his bachelor’s degree from ASU in Nutrition to follow his passion for health, fitness, and helping people change their lives.
Fit Body is not a “feel the burn” gym or the “I want to be a body builder” program. Driven by GUARANTEED results, body transformations, and a community of our Fit Body Family, we offer small group personal training sessions in a our fat-loss program.
